Elements of a marketing plan may include:
- Market analysis. We conduct a market analysis using information from current and pending listings as well as from recently sold properties. The results provide a price range for your home based on comparable sales.
- MLS. Once you sign our listing agreement, we’ll add your home to Northern Arizona Multiple Listing Service. Your listing will include information such as square footage, price, and number of bedrooms and baths.
- Professional photos and virtual tours. All our listings include a set of professional photos that we use in our marketing materials, along with a virtual tour of your home.
- Ads. We advertise extensively in local newspapers, various real estate books, and other printed media.
- Open house. We will hold an open house if you desire.
- Networking. We network extensively with sales associates in our office and other MLS members to promote our your property.
- Auto-prospecting. We promote your property using a process called auto-prospecting. This program from the Northern Arizona MLS uses criteria provided by potential buyers and automatically e-mails them information on your listing if it meets their criteria.
- Extensive online marketing . Once we list your home, numerous web sites receive the information: the MLS, Arizona Regional Multiple Listing ServiceRealtor.Com, Yahoo, MSN, FlagstaffProperties.net, and others.
