Average Sales Price for Single Family Homes Sold in Northern ArizonaFlagstaff real estate sales from 1999-2008

The average sales price for a single family home increased from about $180,000 in 1999 to $420,000 in 2006 and then began to drop in 2007. The average sales price in 2009 dropped to $338,452 — still significantly higher than in years prior to 2005.
