Although the “Mary Monday Team” name is synonymous with Flagstaff real estate sales, we realized that, in order to expand our presence in the local market, we needed to make some major changes.  As part of our visioning process, we interviewed various brokerage firms in Flagstaff to see how their vision fit with ours.

Because of its professionalism, marketing programs, training, camaraderie, and brand name, our team agreed that RE/MAX Peak Properties was the company that best fit our vision. In July 2007, we decided to affiliate with the RE/MAX franchise.

We immediately discovered that our decision was a good one. The RE/MAX brand is world renowned, and RE/MAX Peak Properties has one of the largest market shares in northern Arizona. The company has a great reputation among home buyer, sellers, and investors.
